Our plan is to start the week with some fresh air, light exercise (walking), and a chat about our weekends. We know how hard it is to get motivated and move, so let’s do it together.
We can check out all the different trails around the area, take in the scenery and wildlife and then grab a coffee/drink on the way home. If we want to switch it up some days and play some basketball or pickleball, etc., we can keep it fresh and fun!
